Powerful dehumidifier with metal housing. Ideal for demanding drying tasks, such as water damage restoration and initial drying on construction sites. Features a calibrated (MID) consumption meter, but no hygrostat (only an on/off switch).
The "35B" was specifically designed to quickly dry water damage, for example, after floods or other water-related incidents. It features a very powerful dehumidification capacity, a consumption meter (kWh), and an on/off switch. This model intentionally omits a humidistat for regulating the target humidity. Recommended room size: up to 90 m², from 8°C. The performance and drying speed can be further accelerated with freestanding fans if needed (e.g., the FN45 from our product range).

Construction and industrial dryers : Thanks to their handy design, they are ideally suited for drying on at least slightly heated construction sites and in industrial settings.
Drying water damage : Due to its powerful dehumidification performance, the 35b is frequently used for drying out water damage. Easy billing of consumption with insurance companies thanks to the integrated kWh consumption meter.
Dehumidification performance
The dryer can be used over a temperature range of +8°C to +35°C, preferably in at least slightly heated rooms from 8°C and above. As with all condensation dryers, the dehumidification capacity decreases in cooler environments. Examples of dehumidification performance and consumption under various (constant) ambient conditions:
30°C/80% RH: approx. 35 liters / 24 h (at 60% RH: approx. 18 liters)
20°C/80% RH: approx. 18 liters / 24 h (at 60% RH: approx. 11 liters
