Return policy

Return policy:
If you are not satisfied with an item upon receipt, you can return it within 14 days. The item must be in new condition and in its original packaging upon arrival. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Upon request, we can arrange for the package to be collected from you for CHF 15. After receiving the returned item, we will refund the purchase price. Any shipping costs you may have paid for small quantities are non-refundable.
