Bring-in warranty, meaning you bring the device to us or send it to us. Upon request, we can have the device collected from you for a small fee of CHF 15.-.

Third-party brands (no products with the designation "WDH"): 2 years warranty

For all orders over CHF 100, we will cover the shipping costs within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Shipping costs for small quantities under CHF 100.- are CHF 9.-.

When you order multiple items from us, you benefit from an attractive quantity discount . The items can be mixed; they don't all have to be the same product.

2-3 items: 3%
4-5 items: 5%
6-9 items: 7%
10 or more items: 10%

If you need more equipment than we have in stock here in Switzerland, the delivery time from our central warehouse is approximately 8 working days (even for very large quantities). Please contact us for details.
