The Casa C12 wall-mounted dehumidifier is a space-saving solution for continuous moisture control in small to medium-sized rooms. Its horizontal design makes it ideal for discreet installation above doors, in narrow hallways or utility niches.

Installation & operation
The unit is installed using a sturdy wall bracket. The device is hung up and connected directly to the drainage system. This eliminates the need for a manual water container, making operation particularly convenient and hygienic.

Is the Casa C12 suitable for bathrooms?
Yes, it is specially designed for damp indoor spaces such as bathrooms without windows or with poor ventilation. However, it must be installed outside the splash zone of the shower etc.
Does the device require a water tank?
No, the condensation is drained directly via a hose.
Is the operation loud?
No, the C12 operates very quietly and is comparable to a modern bathroom fan.
Can the device run continuously?
Yes, the Casa C12 is designed for continuous operation.
Does the Casa C12 have a hose connection?
Yes. The dehumidifier does not have a bucket, only a direct hose connection. The condensate flows into the drain spout on the back below the air outlet louvers. The suitable hose has an inner diameter of 12 mm and can be pushed directly onto the existing connection. It must be laid with a downward slope so that the condensate does not back up into the device.

Bring-in warranty, meaning you bring the device to us or send it to us. Upon request, we can have the device collected from you for a small fee of CHF 15.-.

Free shipping on orders over CHF 100.-
For all orders over CHF 100, we will cover the shipping costs within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Shipping costs for small quantities under CHF 100.- are CHF 9.-.
