The maximum power consumption is 355 watts. In normal dehumidification operation, the power consumption is often around 250 watts. Thanks to the integrated hygrostat, the device switches off automatically as soon as the desired humidity is reached. This means that only as much energy is consumed as is actually required for dehumidification.
How loud is the dehumidifier?
The sound pressure level of the WDH-725DG is approximately 47 to 49 dB(A), depending on the operating level. This makes the device ideal for cellars, laundry rooms, hobby rooms, garages, and living areas. The volume is comparable to normal conversation and is considered pleasant by most users.
Is continuous operation possible?
Yes. The WDH-725DG is designed for long-term and unsupervised operation. The condensate can be drained directly via the integrated hose connection, so regular emptying of the water tank is not necessary. Thanks to the memory function, the device automatically resumes operation with the last selected settings after a power failure.
What room size is the device suitable for?
The WDH-725DG is suitable for rooms up to approx. 50 m² or around 125 m³. Typical areas of application are cellars, laundry rooms, hobby rooms, garages, storage rooms, and medium-sized apartments. For drying laundry in enclosed spaces, a room size of up to approx. 12 m² is recommended to achieve particularly fast drying results.
Does the WDH-725DG have a hose connection?
Yes. It has a screw cap with a rubber stopper on the back, behind which the hose connection is located. The matching hose has an inner diameter of 12 mm. It must be laid with a slope so that the condensate does not flow back into the device.
