Installation & Functionality
Installation is done via a sturdy wall bracket. The device is hung and connected directly to the drainage system. This eliminates the need for a manual water tank, making operation particularly convenient and hygienic.

Is the Casa C12 suitable for bathrooms?
Yes, it is specifically designed for damp indoor areas such as bathrooms without windows or with poor ventilation. However, it must be installed outside the splash area of showers, etc.
Does the device require a water tank?
No, the condensate is drained directly via a hose.
Is operation loud?
No, the C12 operates very quietly and is comparable to a modern bathroom fan.
Can the device run continuously?
Yes, the Casa C12 is designed for continuous operation.
Does the Casa C12 have a hose connection?
Yes. The dehumidifier does not have a bucket, only a direct hose connection. The condensate flows into the spout on the back, below the air outlet louvers. The suitable hose has an inner diameter of 12 mm and can be directly attached to the existing connection. It must be laid with a downward slope to prevent condensate from backing up into the unit.

Bring-in warranty, meaning you bring the device to us or send it to us. Upon request, we can have the device collected from you for a small fee of CHF 15.-.

For all orders over CHF 100, we will cover the shipping costs within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
